Do you think that some kind of extracurricular activities are better than others? For example, is tutoring in an after-school program for children better than playing soccer? Give reasons for your opinion?
Normally people who participate in more serious activities such as tutoring would benefit more than those who play just for fun. Teaching kids voluntarily can help people to gain positive principles and enhance their leadership skills. In contrast, people who just live to have fun without giving back to the community would suffer the consequneses because our society always need from the new generation to devote their energy and resource to make the regin a better place. Focusing on selecting more beneficial extracurricular activities would help us to develop our communication skills and cultural understanding.

The stress
Stress is a normal reaction ,that we feel it almost every day. Specially for college students, they are always under the pressure in their college lives. Believe it or not, ''Stress can be positive, keeping us alert and ready to avoid danger''. (www.webmd.com). We needs the pressure to move forward much faster and to achieve our goals more quickly. Also, the stress can assistance human beings to be more careful and cautious about their future. However, it is crucial to know, the excessive of tension can also affect your academic performance in college in a bad way. ''Stress also becomes harmful when people use alcohol,or drugs to try to relieve their stress''.(www.webmd.com)
How to deal with the stress or how to reduce the range of the tension? When you the stress just open
the door and breath some fresh air. change your atmosphere even just for few minutes. It is important to
take a break from time to time. Do something you like to do in your free times such as, listening to music,
practicing some Yoga, reading a book,,etc. However, if you feel that the level of your tension reached a high
stage. In this case you have to see a psychiatrist immediately.
I went to an art museum. The purpose of going to that museum is to support my cousin who was one of the participants at that museum. The theme of the museum was about the historic of Jeddah, which is my city. The wonderful part that would bring the pride that my cousin was the youngest participant in the museum. The structure of the museum was made of stones and the windows were made of wood and that was the form of the houses in the past. If you will go to that event, will you be able to assume the concept of the situation. Everything heritage and everyone is talking about the traditions. I was full of my happiness when I saw my little cousin moving her hands with a lot of confidence to interpret her paintings to the visitors. The area was full of visitors. It is beautiful to see popular artists encouraging the participants.
This is the building from outside..
In fact, this structure was the house of the mayor in my city 60 years ago.
and this picture for my cousin and one of the artists. They was standing next to her paintings
